Why us
Built on finance and security expertise.

Glenn Hopper
Founder & CEO, Trustward
Trustward is a RoboCFO product, an AI-in-finance firm that works with the mid-market and PE-backed finance teams Trustward is built for. The product is shaped by people who do this work every day.
It's led by Glenn Hopper, a multi-time CFO with more than 20 years across corporate finance, data, and AI. He's the author of three books on AI in finance and teaches the subject at Duke's Fuqua School, the AICPA, the Corporate Finance Institute, and LinkedIn Learning, with work featured in Forbes, Fortune, and The New York Times.
That background is why Trustward is built for the CFO and the controller first. It speaks the language finance already uses, and it's built to produce evidence an auditor will accept, not just a dashboard that looks reassuring.

Where we fit
Why the incumbents don't reach this.
AppSec tools for AI code sell to the CISO. Greenlight sells to enterprise IT on its own rails. Databricks and Snowflake govern only inside their own gravity. Microsoft's Power Platform governs Microsoft-built apps in the Microsoft cloud. None is finance-native, none is bring-your-own-tool, and none produces an audit a CFO signs.
The platform players can't cross into that space without walking away from their own data gravity. That's the opening Trustward is built for, and we're moving fast.
What we've built
The product runs today.
A working build is already live on a production stack, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and Claude Code: the broker, the governed runtime, and the CFO registry view. Behind it sits the full body of work, the threat model, the reference architecture, the compliance map, and the product spec, so the controls are designed, documented, and demonstrable today.
In the private preview, you work directly with the team building Trustward, and your workflow shapes the roadmap.
