Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit a form on the site we collect what you enter:

• Demo-access requests: your name, work email, company, role, and (optionally) the workflow you're interested in or any private-equity affiliation you choose to share.
• Security brief requests: your work email and company.
• Investor / deck requests: your name, work email, company, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-light, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) that measures aggregate page traffic without cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.

Cookies. The public site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use a single session cookie only in the private admin area to keep an administrator signed in. Because we do not use tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie-consent banner.

We use the information you provide to:

• review and respond to your request, and set up demo access if approved;
• send you the materials you asked for and follow up about product news, technical questions, or your request;
• operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train any AI model. We keep these marketing submissions separate from the Trustward product systems.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form to be contacted) and on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating and securing the site. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We share information only with providers that help us run the site and follow up on requests, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Vercel — site hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Supabase — database that stores demo-access requests.
• Resend — transactional email (acknowledgements and notifications).

If you are approved into and use the governed demo, additional providers process data inside that environment, including E2B (isolated sandbox compute) and Anthropic (the AI model). That processing is covered by the demo terms and the controls on our Security page. We do not otherwise disclose your information except to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our contact and demo-access records, and then delete or anonymize them on a routine schedule. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to opt out of marketing follow-up, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email jess@robocfo.ai. You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.

We operate in the United States, and information you submit is processed there. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers from your region.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. The architecture behind the Trustward product is described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site and the Trustward product are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll take additional steps where required by law.
